Payment Options

Docman Laboratories offers secure, transparent, and globally accepted payment methods tailored for international trade. We ensure smooth financial transactions for our partners across 50+ countries.

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

This is our primary mode of payment for most wholesale orders.

• Currency: We accept payments in USD (United States Dollar) and EUR (Euro).
• Process: Bank details are provided on the Proforma Invoice (PI) issued after order confirmation.
• Verification: Always verify that the beneficiary name is "Docman Laboratories Pvt. Ltd." before initiating any transfer.

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

For large-volume orders, we accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

• Conditions: L/C must be opened from a top-tier international bank.
• Minimum Order Value: Applicable for orders exceeding $50,000 USD.
• Terms: L/C terms must be mutually agreed upon and drafted in accordance with UCP 600 rules.

3. Standard Payment Terms

Unless otherwise negotiated in a specific contract:

• Advance Payment: A 30% - 50% advance payment is typically required to confirm the order and initiate manufacturing or procurement.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipment (FOB) or against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (CIF terms).

4. Consumer Payment Methods

As a strict B2B wholesaler, we do not accept:

• Personal Credit Cards or Debit Cards.
• Personal Checks.
• Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Small-value digital wallets (e.g., PayPal for consumer goods).

5. Security Warning

Fraud Alert: Docman Laboratories will NEVER ask you to change bank account details via a simple email notification. If you receive an email claiming our bank details have changed, please call your dedicated account manager immediately for verification. Official banking coordinates are only printed on our signed and stamped Proforma Invoices.
